Warranty Policy
How warranty claims for machines, equipment, parts and supplies are assessed.
1. Product-specific coverage
Warranty duration and scope may differ by product, manufacturer or supplier. Where a product page, quotation, warranty card or invoice states an express warranty, that written coverage applies in addition to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. What a warranty may cover
Subject to the applicable warranty terms, coverage may include manufacturing defects, defective components or failures occurring under normal intended use during the stated period.
3. Common exclusions
Express warranty may exclude damage caused by misuse, accidents, incorrect voltage/wiring, improper installation not performed according to instructions, unauthorized modification, normal wear/consumables, corrosion/chemical misuse, or failure caused by external events. An exclusion applies only where it is relevant to the claimed failure and lawful.
4. Machines and installation
For foam-vendo machines, pumps, pressure washers and similar equipment, keep serial numbers, installation records and operating instructions. If professional installation is required by the product specification, failure caused by incorrect installation may not be covered by an express warranty.
5. Claim process
Submit your order number, product, serial number when applicable, description of the fault and photos/video useful for diagnosis. We may request inspection or return of the item. Do not send equipment back until return instructions are provided.
6. Remedy
Depending on the warranty and applicable consumer law, a valid claim may be handled by diagnosis, repair, replacement, parts replacement or another appropriate remedy. Statutory remedies for defective goods are not limited solely by an express manufacturer warranty.
