1. Agreement

By creating an account, using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from our Policy Center. Checkout requires an affirmative acceptance and records the policy version accepted with the order.

2. Customer accounts

You must provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access. We may suspend access reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or the integrity of transactions.

3. Product information

We aim to publish the product name, brand, description, condition, manufacturing/origin information, price and current availability accurately. Images may show minor appearance differences. For machines, equipment and parts, confirm technical compatibility before purchase when compatibility is material.

4. Prices and charges

All prices are in Philippine pesos. Published product prices are configured as consumer-facing prices inclusive of applicable taxes, if any. Shipping is calculated separately and the full order total is displayed before you place the order. The server, not browser-submitted price fields, determines the final amount.

5. Order acceptance and availability

Submitting checkout creates an order request subject to stock validation, payment status and fraud/security checks. An item shown online can become unavailable before checkout completes. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel the affected order/item and process any required refund.

6. Payment

Available methods may include PayMongo-hosted card/e-wallet/QR Ph payments and Cash on Delivery. A return to the website from a payment page does not by itself prove payment. PayMongo orders are treated as paid only after the store receives and validates the signed payment notification required by the payment workflow. See the Payment Policy.

7. Shipping and tracking

Available couriers currently include J&T Express and LBC. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Tracking numbers are assigned when available. Courier estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation eligibility depends on order/payment/fulfillment status. Defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods are handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable consumer remedies.

9. Warranty

Warranty coverage may differ by product, manufacturer or supplier. Any express warranty is in addition to rights that cannot legally be excluded. See the Warranty Policy.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected account data, upload malicious content, or use the service in violation of law.

11. Intellectual property

RODEL branding, website design, original product content and other protected materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where allowed by law or where third-party rights apply.

12. Privacy

Personal information is processed according to the Privacy Policy. Payment card credentials entered into PayMongo-hosted payment interfaces are handled by the payment provider; this store is not designed to store full card numbers or CVVs.

13. Complaints and redress

We provide a support-ticket mechanism so concerns can be tracked and resolved. You may also exercise remedies available under applicable Philippine law and contact appropriate government agencies when necessary.

14. Limitation and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to losses directly connected with the transaction. This clause does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Governing law and policy updates

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We may update policies as operations or legal requirements change. New orders are governed by the version affirmatively accepted at checkout.
